2. Description of Service

Invoisify provides a mobile point-of-sale (POS) and invoicing platform that enables businesses to:

• Create and send professional invoices
• Manage customers and products/services
• Track sales and generate reports
• Process payments (subject to third-party terms)
• Store business data securely in the cloud

3. Account Registration

To use Invoisify, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: Free with limited features
• Growth Plan: $6/month with expanded features
• Business Pro Plan: $12/month with full features

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed through secure third-party providers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application

6. Your Content and Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data, invoices, and customer information. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data to provide the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information in your invoices
• Compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Backing up your critical data
• Ensuring you have rights to any content you upload

6.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the app. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Invoisify application, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for non-payment.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for tax compliance, accounting accuracy, or business decisions made using our Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOISIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Invoisify harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
